Should an egg be given everyday, or on alternative days, to a 9 year old female Labrador dog?
The dog is being brought up on a vegetarian diet but is presently being given one egg everyday in her meal, besides 3-4 dog biscuits and one dog bone (chewy) everday in addition.

Dogs are not meant to be vegetarian, please talk to your Vet about this. If you are going to give her eggs, I would worry about how you are preparing them. I scramble them for my dog and put them in his kibble. I do this every other day but he is 2 year old. Why are you giving your dog eggs if it is a vegetarian?
